Refund policy

There is no trial: watch Paperlight work on this site, buy it, and if it is not for you, get your money back. Last updated 6 November 2026.

14 days, no questions asked

• Within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a full refund, for any reason or none.
• The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. Lemon Squeezy processes it, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

How to ask

• Reply to your receipt e-mail, or write to support@getpaperlight.com with the e-mail address you bought with.
• You can also find the order at Lemon Squeezy’s My Orders.

After a refund

• The license key stops activating new Macs. Please remove Paperlight from your Macs.

After 14 days

• If you were charged twice, or Paperlight does not run on your Mac and we cannot fix it, write to us at any time and we will make it right.
• Where the law of your country gives you more, such as a statutory right of withdrawal, that applies too.
